SOPI Pizza serves freshly made, cooked-to-order, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. Our pizza dough is made in-house using a blend of Italian flours and is slowly fermented for a minimum of 60 hours to create a delicious base with a light and crispy crust. At SOPI Pizza, we honour the classics and use a combination of the freshest, high-quality, authentic Italian and local ingredients to prepare all of our toppings.
