SOPI serves wood-fired Neapolitan pizza made with slowly fermented dough and a carefully selected mix of Italian and locally sourced ingredients.

Our dough is made in-house using Italian flour and fermented for a minimum of 60 hours, creating a light, airy crust with a crisp finish. We honour classic Neapolitan traditions while keeping things simple and ingredient-led.

As we operate in a fast-paced kitchen using airborne flour, we are unable to cater for coeliac disease or guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Our food may therefore not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
