SOPI Pizza serves freshly made, cooked-to-order, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza that brings genuine Italian flavor to your table. Our pizza dough is expertly crafted in-house using a carefully selected blend of Italian flours, which is then slowly fermented for a minimum of 60 hours to create a wonderfully delicious base with a light and perfectly crispy crust. At SOPI Pizza, we take great pride in honouring the classics of Neapolitan pizza and use a thoughtfully curated combination of the freshest, high-quality, authentic Italian and locally sourced ingredients to prepare all of our delectable toppings.
